  4. We will refer the matter to the appropriate authorities, including the National Crime Agency, the police, or the Internet Watch Foundation, as appropriate.
  5. We will notify the reporting party of the actions taken, where it is safe and lawful to do so.

We aim to act on all such reports within 24 hours of receipt.

7. Cooperation with Authorities

We are committed to full and transparent cooperation with:

  • UK law enforcement agencies, including the National Crime Agency and local police forces.
  • The Internet Watch Foundation (IWF).
  • Ofcom and other relevant regulators.
  • Any other statutory body with jurisdiction over the matters covered by this policy.

We will not obstruct or delay any lawful investigation into human trafficking or exploitation connected to our services.

8. Staff Awareness & Responsibility

All staff and contractors with access to our platform or content moderation functions are expected to:

  • Be aware of the indicators of human trafficking and sexual exploitation.
  • Report any concerns immediately to a senior supervisor or directly to the authorities listed in Section 5.
  • Never ignore, dismiss, or fail to escalate a concern out of uncertainty.

Anyone within our organisation who knowingly facilitates, ignores, or conceals trafficking-related activity will face immediate disciplinary action and referral to law enforcement.
