This policy sets out our position, our obligations, and the steps we take to prevent our services from being used in connection with any such activity.
1. Our Position
Human trafficking, modern slavery, and sexual exploitation are serious crimes and grave violations of human rights. We unconditionally condemn all such activity and will take every reasonable step to ensure our platform is not used to facilitate, promote, or benefit from it in any way.
This applies to:

2. Scope

- All staff, contractors, and anyone acting on behalf of this organisation.
3. Prohibited Activity
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal of content, termination of access, and referral to law enforcement:
- Any content that advertises, promotes, or facilitates human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
- Any content that depicts, suggests, or implies the coerced participation of any individual.
- Any content involving a minor, regardless of how it is presented or described.
- Any attempt to use our platform to recruit, control, or exploit individuals.
- Any communication intended to solicit or coordinate trafficking-related activity.
We do not make exceptions to these prohibitions under any circumstances.
4. Age Verification & Consent
All services offered through this platform are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not permit participation by or depiction of minors in any content under any circumstances.
Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to verify the age and consent of individuals featured in or contributing to our services. Any content where valid, informed, and ongoing consent cannot be established will be removed without delay.
5. Reporting Concerns

6. How We Respond to Reports
Upon receiving a report related to potential trafficking or exploitation:
- We will immediately review the content or account in question.
- Where there is reasonable suspicion of criminal activity, we will suspend access to the relevant content or account without waiting for the conclusion of a full investigation.
- We will preserve relevant records and cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
- We will refer the matter to the appropriate authorities, including the National Crime Agency, the police, or the Internet Watch Foundation, as appropriate.
- We will notify the reporting party of the actions taken, where it is safe and lawful to do so.
We aim to act on all such reports within 24 hours of receipt.
7. Cooperation with Authorities
We are committed to full and transparent cooperation with:
- UK law enforcement agencies, including the National Crime Agency and local police forces.
- The Internet Watch Foundation (IWF).
- Ofcom and other relevant regulators.
- Any other statutory body with jurisdiction over the matters covered by this policy.
We will not obstruct or delay any lawful investigation into human trafficking or exploitation connected to our services.
8. Staff Awareness & Responsibility
All staff and contractors with access to our platform or content moderation functions are expected to:
- Be aware of the indicators of human trafficking and sexual exploitation.
- Report any concerns immediately to a senior supervisor or directly to the authorities listed in Section 5.
- Never ignore, dismiss, or fail to escalate a concern out of uncertainty.
Anyone within our organisation who knowingly facilitates, ignores, or conceals trafficking-related activity will face immediate disciplinary action and referral to law enforcement.

This policy is reviewed regularly to ensure it reflects current legislation, best practice guidance, and the evolving nature of online exploitation. We will update it as necessary and publish any changes on this page.
