Complaints & Content Removal Policy
We take content standards, user welfare, and consent seriously. This page sets out the process for raising a complaint, requesting the removal of content, and appealing any decision we make.
1. How to Report a Complaint or Request Content Removal
If you believe that any content published on this website:
- May be illegal under applicable law;
- Violates our content standards or terms of service;
- Features you or someone you represent without valid consent and you wish for it to be removed;
please contact us using the details below:
Email: [email protected]
Where available, you may also use any on-site reporting option provided on the relevant page or profile.
Please include as much detail as possible in your report, including the specific content in question, the reason for your complaint, and any supporting information that may assist our review.
2. Review & Response
All complaints and removal requests will be reviewed promptly upon receipt.
We aim to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. Where a matter is more complex, we may require additional time, and we will communicate this to you.
During the review process, we may contact you to request further information in order to carry out a fair and accurate assessment.
3. Appeals Process
You have the right to appeal a decision we have made if:
- You disagree with the outcome of our review; or
- You are depicted in the content and believe that consent was not given, has been withdrawn, or is otherwise void under applicable law.
How to Appeal
- Email us at [email protected] within five (5) business days of receiving our decision, or within five (5) business days of becoming aware of the content.
- Your appeal will be reassessed by a senior reviewer who was not involved in the original decision.
- We will aim to conclude the appeal review within five (5) business days of receipt.
- Where consent is found to be invalid or void, the content will be removed immediately.
- In the event of continued disagreement following the appeal outcome, the matter may be referred to an independent neutral body for resolution.
4. Possible Outcomes
Depending on the findings of our review or appeal, one or more of the following outcomes may apply:
No Action Taken
Where the content in question complies with our standards and valid consent exists, no action will be taken and the content will remain in place. We will communicate this outcome to you with an explanation.
Content Removal
Where content is found to be illegal, to breach our standards, or where valid consent cannot be established, the content will be removed.
Account Action
Where a complaint reveals repeated or serious violations of our standards, the relevant account may be subject to a warning, suspension, or permanent termination.
Referral to Authorities
Where we are required to do so by law, or where content raises serious safeguarding or criminal concerns, we will refer the matter to the relevant authorities, including law enforcement agencies.
